Hall for All
Opening the doors to local ideas
Giving LOCAL ideas the space to grow at Hornsey Town Hall.
Hall for All was created to give local organisations free access to Hornsey Town Hall event spaces. After a fantastic response from the community, we're delighted to announce the first recipients.
For generations, Hornsey Town Hall has stood at the heart of Crouch End.
A place where people gather, celebrate and create. As its doors open once again, Hall for All invites the community back in.
Earlier this year we offered up to 25 hours of free use of one of the building’s newly restored event spaces to a local business, charity or organisation using it to benefit the people of Haringey.
The response was fantastic, with applications from across the community. We’re now delighted to announce the first recipients who will be bringing their ideas to life inside Hornsey Town Hall.
Hall for All: Winner
We are incredibly excited to announce Muswell Hill Creatives as the first Hall for All partner at Hornsey Town Hall.
Since 2014, the collective has championed and supported independent artists, designers and makers across Haringey and beyond – creating opportunities for local creatives to showcase their work, connect with audiences and grow sustainable creative businesses.
Through the Hall for All programme, Muswell Hill Creatives will host a programme of events including: a creative business development workshop in the Council Chamber in June 2026; its 8th Make and Mend Festival in October where visitors get to try their hands at creative activities from linocut printmaking to Japanese mending, as well as shop from local artists, designers and makers; and a Makers Fair in December in the Assembly Hall as an opportunity to shop in person from independent artists, designers and makers for hand designed and made gifts.
Collaborating with Muswell Hill Creatives we hope to bring new energy into Hornsey Town Hall while supporting the local creative economy and making creativity accessible to the wider community.
As the main Hall for All partner, Muswell Hill Creatives will receive 25 hours of free event space to deliver their programme.
Hall for All: Runner Up
We’re delighted to announce Atypify as the first Hall for All runner-up at Hornsey Town Hall.
Atypify is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent girls, women and non-binary people aged 14–25 by building confidence, skills and connection through accessible digital learning. Their work focuses on addressing the unique challenges this group can face in technology environments, while supporting employability, wellbeing, and representation in the tech industry.
Through the Hall for All programme, Atypify will deliver a series of free workshops designed to create a supportive and encouraging space for participants to build essential digital and professional skills. The workshops will cover topics including creating engaging presentations, using spreadsheets to organise information, developing a strong CV, designing a personalised digital wellbeing tool, and taking part in discussions around wellbeing and navigating digital environments.
We’re excited to support a programme that combines practical skills-building with confidence, creativity and community, helping open up new opportunities for young people in the local area.
As a Hall for All runner-up, Atypify will receive approximately 12 hours of free event space to deliver their workshop series at Hornsey Town Hall.
Hall for All: Runner Up
We’re excited to welcome Julie Dance London to the Hornsey Town Hall family.
Julie has been teaching dance in Crouch End since 2012, creating welcoming and inclusive spaces for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy movement, creativity and connection through dance.
Through the Hall for All programme, Julie London Dance will host a series of free beginner-friendly dance workshops designed for anyone who has never danced before, or who may be returning to dance after time away. Covering ballet, tap and jazz, the sessions will offer a fun and supportive introduction to dance while celebrating the physical, emotional and creative benefits that come with it.
The programme will culminate in a mini performance, with proceeds going to Great Ormond Street Hospital, bringing the community together through a shared experience of creativity and giving.
By bringing dance back into Hornsey Town Hall once again, this programme reconnects the building with creativity, expression and community, while creating an open and encouraging space for people to take part.
Hall for All: Runner Up
Our final winner from the Hall of All programme is The Passion Project Collective.
Founded by North London creatives Alina and Florentina, The Passion Project Collective is a start-up born from a shared belief in the importance of passion, self-expression and making space for creativity to be shared openly, regardless of formal training. Their work focuses on creating informal salons that bridge the gap between private practice and public sharing.
Through the Hall for All programme, The Passion Project Collective will bring Finding Space to Hornsey Town Hall – a small-scale, community-focused creative evening bringing together emerging and amateur artists, performers and thinkers connected to Haringey. The event will take the form of a multidisciplinary creative salon, combining informal exhibitions spanning painting and photography, short live performances including spoken word, music and acting, and a public talk exploring the philosophy of beauty and fashion.
Designed to be low-pressure, welcoming and supportive, the evening will create space for people to move between visual art, live performance and open discussion, while encouraging conversation, connection and creative exchange. It will offer an accessible platform for those who may not typically see themselves reflected in more formal cultural venues such as galleries, theatres or lecture halls.
