The Grounding Hub is a free, hosted space designed for us to escape the daily noise and find a bit of peace – whether you want to draw, read, or just sit in silence. No pressure, no “forced fun,” just two hours of genuine calm and a quiet space for adults to recharge.

From creative talks and live music to markets, comedy and carols, experience the magic of Christmas inside one of North London’s most iconic landmarks.

Expect an unforgettable day filled with seasonal activities – from artisan makers market stalls and festive food and drink to creative workshops, art exhibitions and Father Christmas himself. Enjoy live choirs and face painting, plus a talk and book signing with Katy Hessel and a special conversation with Make Architects on reimagining this much-loved landmark. 

As evening falls, the celebration continues with live performances and DJ’s in the Crossover Jazz Room and an intimate night of comedy hosted by Downstairs at the King’s Head.
